WHO WILL BE SHOOTING MY SESSION?
For sessions only requiring one photographer or one videographer, you'll get a member of our team! Some special events or wedding may require an extra eyes and we am fortunate enough to work with a very talented photographers and videographers.
HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE TO RECEIVE ALL OF OUR PHOTOS/VIDEO?
Within seven (7) days of your session you will receive a preview gallery. All your images will be back within 6-8 weeks. Within fourteen (14) days of your session you will receive your trailer video, if your package includes one. Full ceremony videos, highlight videos and extended day videos will be available on Vimeo within 6-8 weeks.
WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
For a full pricing, check out my each session page for starting prices. If you do not see something you are looking for or have a 'strict' budget, arrangements, and accommodations can be made on a person to person basis; but not guaranteed. We am confident my packages encompass a fair and respectable price for the area and the quality of images you will receive.
WHAT CAMERA GEAR DO YOU USE?
We shoot with a Nikon full frame and mirrorless cameras. We have a variety of professional lenses, allowing us to capture different angles during your session.
DO YOU HAVE BACK UP GEAR IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG?
We always have back up gear ready to go if, on the very rare occasion, an issue is wrong with any of our gear. We have never had gear, memory cards, or lighting fail but we know life happens - that is why we always come prepared.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE & ARE A REGISTERED BUSINESS?
Yes we fully licensed and insured both for our photography, videography, and drone work through Professional Photographers of America. We hold a Part 107, the required regulating licensed by the FAA. We are a fully registered business with the state and federal government.
WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING & EDITING STYLE?
In our personal and travel work we try to capture all images with the similar style to a photojournalist. We have taken this approach and merged it with my professional sessions; where minimal posing will occur but of course if you need some direction, thats what I am here for! The goal is to make every image and shot look natural and fun! As for our style; overall it is bold, colorful, and needs no words to describe the moment captured. We do like to produce content in both color and black and white and like to add a unique touch to each session. We do not change backgrounds or manipulate the image in a way that is unnatural ( We will not manipulate appearances; with the exception of small blemish and hair control.) However, as a creatives we understand insecurities and will do my best to meet your request.
HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES/ VIDEO?
Once your images have been edited, they will be uploaded to a private, password protected gallery. You will be able to download and share your images from this site. All photos in the gallery has a limited print release for you to do as you please with them. Video are now available via our online gallery platform and each couple will receive a unique link to view and share. Videos can be downloaded for you to cherish and keep on your computer or phone.
DO YOU OFFER PRINTS & ALBUMS?
We do! We offer high quality prints and albums that can be purchased at an additional cost for any of our sessions via our online gallery platform. For an additional fee we can send you a DVD of your video footage.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?
This is very dependent on the event and session. We do our best to provide the best shots from each session and value quality over quantity. If for a specific session, you would like more images, accommodations can be made for an additional charge upon request. Full-day Weddings and elopements average 400 - 600 images whereas half-day weddings and elopements average 150-250 images.
DO YOU TRAVEL FOR SESSIONS?
As a frequent domestic and world traveler, I am always finding an excuse to get away. All Travel is included in our packages with the exception of permits, park entry fees, ferry, train, or bus fees, and any additional excursion.
HOW DO WE BOOK WITH YOU AND HOW DO WE PAY?
A retainer and signed contract lock in your date. I accept payments via our online payment system powered by Square. No date is held for a client unless both the contract and retainer are made. If one is present without the other and another client inquires I will let you know but you are responsible for fulfilling this request.
DO YOU GIVE OUT THE RAW FILES?
I do not release the RAW files to traditional clients. By not releasing the RAW files, I have the power to protect my brand, the artwork that I produce, and the standard for how all the images look. There are certain cases where for high-end events or celebration functions, RAW images can be purchased starting at $500.
